The Background
Adora Paints, was established on Jan. 2007 with the sole purpose to acquire 100% of shares and business of then United Coatings Technology S/B, which was established in July 1989. United Coatings is a specialist wood coatings manufacturer for indoor and outdoor furniture.

Products Market Share in Malaysia
Currently the company is enjoying more than 50% of the market share for outdoor furniture coatings in Malaysia. The long list list of prestigious customers in Malaysia include World Trend, Borneo Tsang, Anco Furniture, Innoprise, etc., in East Malaysia. In Peninsular, the customer list include Strategi Mutiara (biggest outdoor furniture manufacturer in Malaysia), Hang Tuah, Wasaniaga, etc.

Investment in Vietnam
OTOH, the company has a fully-owned subsidiary in Vietnam, Adora Paint Vietnam, a USD 1.7 million investment, with it's own 1 hectare factory and oce in Dong An Industrial Park 2, Binh Duong Province. The facility is now fully completed, and is scheduled to start production in Jan., 2011. We are one of only 2 Malaysian wood coatings companies in Vietnam with our own paint factory.

ISO 9001:2008 Certified
On 30/11/10, after 6 months of hard work and training, Adora Malaysia was audited and approved by Bureau Veritas to be certied as ISO 9001 compliant. We become one of very few wood coatings manufacturers inMalaysia to be awarded as such. The certicate will be issue by end of December, 2010 by UKAS.
